Added a new stair case and increased by two bedrooms and half bath

Apologies for not posting.  We finished moving the stairs which allowed us to get a second bedroom downstairs in unused space and split the upstairs keeping the old bedroom adding a third bedroom or office and a half bath.  Worked out famously!  Thanks to Mike for figuring out that move.

New carrying beam - old one shown above was two 2x6s.  New one is two 2x8s.
